As a sports nutritionist, I work with anyone from non exercisers to MMA fighters, professional sportspeople and everyone in between.
I am the performance nutritionist with Cork GAA working across both hurling and football at various levels, mainly with the senior teams.
As a former professional rugby player with Munster rugby I have the practical experience as well as the academic background to help top athletes and recreational exercisers to achieve more in their life through nutritional coaching and education.
One of the main aims of a good coach is to translate the complicated theory of any area to practical and simple guidelines. This is what I base my coaching practices around and hope to make your life easier.
During my time as an athlete I focused a lot on my nutrition and doing as much as I could to lead a healthy lifestyle and achieve my goals. Professional rugby gave me the exposure to top class coaches in all areas including nutrition, sports science, mental skills and balancing my lifestyle.

After leaving the game at a young age due to a substantial hamstring injury I felt I had a lot more to give to others. I am the assistant coach with Cork Constitution F.C senior team. This brings a lot of responsibility but has exposed me to coaching in a different capacity, from rugby to career advice, nutrition and injury recovery.
I speak to companies, groups, sports teams, schools about a number of topics surrounding nutrition, resilience, career setbacks and lifestyle factors that can help to improve you and your companies day to day performance and general health & wellbeing
